First of all, I must say Jasmine is a great leasing agent. Well done hiring somebody that’s capable of selling! At first look the place has a nice curb appeal. The apartments are out dated, new flooring and countertops are a distraction to the 30+ year old HVAC equipment doors and windows. Doors and windows do not seal properly causing the utility bills to exceed that of a 4000 sqft home monthly. The maintenance staff will cause more damage than the repair requested. Management won’t come out from behind their office doors to deal with issues. Snow removal is a joke. Expect a few hundred dollars in miscellaneous fees added to your rent, and utility cost north of 5 Benjamins monthly

Update (10/16): It took a month, but the washer and dryer issue has finally been resolved. However, the "dusty" A/C vents I previously complained about turned out to be more than just dust. They are full of mold. Every single vent. I've been scrubbing them with a Borax solution for over an hour, but the small crevices are impossible to clean. ----- The apartment is missing various hardware. The washer smells of mildew/mold and left a residue on the mattress protector I purchased this morning. The previous tenant's belongings were not fully removed. The kitchen cabinets were left unrepaired. The bathroom tub has peeling paint and is dirty. The bathroom sink is also dirty and clogged. These issues are especially frustrating, given that I was originally told I couldn't move in on my chosen

When we moved in, the dishwasher was already not draining properly and had standing water pooled at the bottom. Over time, that standing water led to mold growth inside the unit. We submitted a maintenance request and called the office multiple times (3–4 calls) over the course of nearly a month. After weeks of waiting, someone was finally scheduled to come out — but no one ever showed up. I called again and explained to Jasmine how frustrating this process had been and let her know we would not be renewing our lease. Interestingly, within five minutes of that final call, a Vacate Notice was placed on our door — yet no one had been able to come address a legitimate maintenance issue for weeks. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Aside from Dylan, who has been helpful and p

Maintenance here feels like an endless cycle of band-aid fixes rather than real repairs which just drags out the issue. My AC unit was broken for a month this summer during the hottest heatwaves (100F+) and despite multiple visits from maintenance it took them over a month to fix. I felt no sense of urgency or accountability from management. Now, hundreds of bees swarm my hallways daily, and despite multiple calls from me and a neighbor, the issue remains unaddressed and the hallways are littered with dead bees. This has turned our shared space into an anxiety inducing buzzard hazard. On top of that, a neighbor's broken-down junk car has sat in the lot for over seven months, dragging down curb appeal and perceived value of the complex. Despite multiple issues, rent goes up by at leas

I had a wonderful experience working with Jasmine, Kimbrough during my apartment leasing process. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish and made everything so smooth. Jasmine took care of every detail — she even arranged for extra keys to be made and made sure the wooden flooring was completed well before my move-in date. She was always quick to respond to my questions and made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism, support, and dedication. Highly recommend! 🌟
