I’ve lived here for over a year and am very happy overall. I want to shoutout Leon from maintenance and his entire team for their hard work on removing the snow after the recent snow storm. They went above and beyond to ensure the pathways and parking lot were clear. Thank you!

I have lived in valley high apartments the past three years throughout pharmacy school. The team here has always been super helpful and professional with any of my needs as a renter. Moving from Florida I was a little nervous about the snow during the winter but they were always on top of everything here! Snow removal for the cars to go to work and sidewalk/steps to front doors. Leone and Fred were absolutely amazing at fixing any Maintenance issues I may have had. It’s very hard to find a friendly and GREAT maintained crew when renting. I actually loved my apartment layout! Closet space is amazing. They also made the process easy to have an esa dog, which is super relieving. Lived here for two years while in grad school. Leaving a thorough review for apartment hunters out there. You can't find a better deal on an apartment in the west Philly area than here. There are nicer apartments, but for what you pay, I'd 100% recommend. Valley high is pretty much the only apartment complex in the area at this price point that offers in-unit laundry, which is a game-changer. Maintenance was always responsive and professional and addressed every request I had within 24 hours. Apartments are also extremely spacious, with clean carpets, new windows, good appliances, balconies, good water pressure, and central air and heating (another game-changer). I have lived at Valley High for about two years now. If it weren't for needing to move for work, then I would stay here! Anthony has always been professional, courteous, and extremely helpful with any questions we've had during our time here. Anthony is also very understanding and will work with you if you have a concern. Travis has also been very pleasant to speak with on the phone, and even took time to explain something a few times to ensure I understood while remaining kind and patient. Leon and the maintenance team are VERY quick to resolve maintenance requests, often fixing non-emergency issues within 24-36 issues. Valley High is truly a wonderful place to live. The outside up-keep of the property is always well maintained - beautiful landscaping. This property is conveniently located and easily accessible to all parts of the city. The Property manager (McKenzie) and maintenance team are absolutely amazing. Any issue or concern I've had has always been addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. It makes it worth renewing for another year - going on 4 now. It is greatly appreciated to have a property management team that actually care and take pride in providing the best living experience to their residents. Thank you Valley High!
