The apartment manager Rayona is amazing! She is always so helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, she has been quick to help and made the process super smooth. It really makes a difference having someone who genuinely cares about the residents.

Taya and Raya have been incredible through this process, I love the professionalism and the attention to detail that they have shown in doing business with me. I have recommended numerous people to come live at valley farms because of the way things are done out here.

Do Not Be Fooled by the “Luxury” Label If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The apartment complex is anything but “luxury.” The trash compactors are constantly overflowing, attracting huge rats and making that area absolutely disgusting. On top of that, residents are required to pay $25 a month for valet trash, which is picked up late—or sometimes not at all—leaving trash bags sitting out and making the property look filthy. Getting in touch with the front office is nearly impossible. They’ve changed management multiple times, and that alone should tell you all you need to know about how poorly this place is ran. Communication is nonexistent, and any requests or complaints seem to go ignored. This apartment complex is too big to only have 1 person in management working. Secur

Taya has very excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and very understanding. I enjoy her presence and how patient she is.

We’ve been here since November & the office staff made it so easy to move in. We would recommend this complex to any of our friends or family. It’s very quiet & away from the hustle & bustle of Dixie Highway. Very close to major retailers & food options. We also love the pond so much that we got a pond view unit. The nature is beautiful to look at & love having all the ducks/geese here as well. We’ve never felt more at home than we do here.
