Valley Bank

I have been banking here since July or August of 2012 and refuse to bank elsewhere; even though I have moved to the opposite end of the United States .This is the best bank I have ever had. I opened my first checking account when I was 16 years old .I am, now, a great grandmother. You do the math . Valley Bank of Helena can't be beaten.

This review is costing me 90 dollars to post. I purchased 3 items. One at a gas station, one at a grocery store and one that was an auto payment that was charged 24 hours later. They had the auto payment processed first so it would deplete my account and cause one overdraft fee. They then sent the two far smaller payments through each of them wracking up another 30 dollars despite having enough money in my account at the time of purchase. I called them and asked to have the fees waived and they offered me 10 dollars refunded. Pathetic.

Always friendly, courteous and prompt. I’ve been going here for years and almost certainly will never have to bank anywhere else. Love doing business with a local branch that takes the time to learn your name.

Always fantastic service! I am in and out of this branch 3 or 4 times a day with deposits or inquiries and even when they are busy the branch employees always greet you and are quick to complete your transactions.
