Líder has always been so attentive and helpful. He comes right away every time we need assistance in our apartment and does a great job. He definitely makes our living in the building way easier

I lived at these apartments from 2021 through 2022 on a second floor, one bedroom. The apartment was in immaculate condition when I moved in. New appliances, new paint, nice floors. It faces Old Hook, so it is a bit loud when there is traffic. Each room has an AC, also new. The manager, Lider, is amazing... really great guy. The apartment has very good closet space and was perfect for my needs. Parking was never a problem. The onsite laundry was very convenient. The grounds are kept very neat and clean. Everyone I met there was delightful. I found my entire interaction with Hekemian to be very professional and efficient. Online everything. I left the place with no damage and clean.
