When I first inquired about one of Chris Vallee's listings I asked to see the disclosures right away considering the property had been on the market a long time. The disclosure indicated that the homeowner had experienced water loss one time but that it restored and there were no further issues. My agent and I inquired about this issue to get a little more info and were told that this water loss NEVER OCCURRED and that a former agent with Vallee who was no longer there had erroneously added that on as a disclosure and that there was NO issue with water quantity and that it was going to be removed from the disclosure.
