don’t recommend them.. they knowingly left us in a damaged house with black mold and water dripping out of our ceiling in our bedroom..tried raising our rent after they came for an inspection(WHILE STILL DAMAGED) then wanted to also have us pay back rent for all the months on our animals when we lived in that house for 5 years, Reported them to BBB and also THE BDS inspector, and they came out to condemn it.

There’s not enough good things to say about this company. Exemplary customer service. Timeliness. Flexibility on what property you’re looking at. Devan was absolutely amazing. Every time I called up there someone answered the phone, was polite and willing to help with anything and everything. Moving is an emotional process and these are kind, supportive, understanding human beings. Great selection of properties from small apartments to mid and larger size homes in all price ranges. You can only offer so much on paper but this company checks those boxes while treating you with respect and kindness. 10/10.
