Everyone at Valiant Capital has been a pleasure to deal with. But, even more importantly, they seem to be extremely knowledgeable regarding their business and industry. I, personally, leaned on their expertise and this was quite comforting.

I really need to sing the praises of Lou, Ryan, and the whole team at the commercial lending firm Valiant Capital. I was referred to them during the COVID-19 pandemic as a fintech firm that might be able to process my PPP loan (since my business bank is Wells Fargo…enough said). Every step of the way, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. This was a very trying time but Ryan and Lou took the time to respond to my inquiries (nights and weekends too) and did a great job keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Also, keep in mind that I may be a business owner but my company is tiny compared to many. Didn’t matter – I was given the same attention and courtesy as the “big fish.” I was truly impressed by their hard work and integrity and HIGHLY recommend them

Do not count on this company to help you with any type of lending. The communication is... well lets just say there is no communication. Shawn is the individual I was working with not sure about any others that are employed here, however I had to tell him more than once that the response time on his end was unacceptable especially because I was paying him for his time. Its been two months and still haven't heard from him on my SBA loan. I have had to spend countless hours online and on the phone with the SBA to see where he left off and what to do to get my companies funding. Turned out they responded to him and he didn't let me know I needed to submit additional documents. This is for my commercial business in which I will possibly lose because I need funding and he has delayed it and was

My appraisal company used them to acquire the PPP loan. They were responsive and worked diligently to get the application submitted. I received funding in less than 2 weeks. Very pleased!
