For first 2 years I was pretty happy living here but since I got new neighbors upstairs constantly stomping day and night I have been miserable. I’ve complained for over 6 months sending video evidence of the noise and management has done nothing to address it. I can’t wait to leave this place.

Do Not Live Here Under Zero Circumstances. Lani has allowed the people upstairs to harass and stalk us for exactly Five Years. We Have Them On Tape Contantly dropping heavy objects on our heads. Constantly following us to the bathroom and flushing their toliets when they hear us in the bathroom. Playing Loud Music in the bathroom and much more. Yet nothing has been done to stop this behavior. This building cares more about garbage than people.

What a wonderful co-op apartment community. Grounds are lovely, apartments are spacious. Great maintenance staff. Board is very concerned about trying to keep maintenance fees are flat as possible.

The place is clean...employees good people. But 4 Starr ratings???

Live here since 2009 , excellent place to live
