Valencia South Miami

As an owner of units at Valencia I can honestly say we absolutely love it here!! The building is safe, well-maintained, and in an unbeatable location especially for University of Miami students and medical professionals. My son included (UM student) :) The majority of residents are UM students, doctors, and nurses, which creates a respectful and responsible community atmosphere. Management has been excellent. responsive, professional, and always working to maintain the building properly. It’s also incredibly convenient to campus, shops, and restaurants, which makes it ideal for both students and parents looking for peace of mind. Our personal experience as owners and residents has been nothing but positive. We’re proud to own here and highly recommend it.

My son and his friends from U Miami have been renting here for 2 years and we just happily signed for next year. Our experience has been great so far, owners are very accommodating and property has alot to offer in an area with everything in walking distance for my student which makes life easier for this out of state mom.

My review appears to have been removed, which is deeply concerning. Rather than addressing the issue at hand, it seems efforts are being made to suppress it. Transparency and accountability are critical—especially when it comes to the well-being of our students. We need to understand what is truly happening in this building. An investigation is not only warranted but necessary. Our kids deserve better.

I have been living in this building for 5 years, and for the first time I have had a bad experience! Mrs. SONIA CORREA is an inconsiderate and disrespectful person, if you don't want to work, don't do it! I don't know how you can serve customers if you clearly don't have quality of service! The bad attitude you have towards the public is unnecessary, if you are doing the favor of covering a position you don't have to treat me badly, it's not my fault that you're doing something that you’re not supposed to do! I've had a very bad time with this lady, completely disappointing and I hope the management does something with that lady, she’s not okay !
