I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is clean, quiet, and feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The neighbors are respectful, and the area is convenient, close to stores, restaurants, and everything I need. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to call home!

I had an amazing experience at Valencia Place Apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to Kimberly! From the very first interaction, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. The community is clean, welcoming, and well-managed. I’ve been living at this property for a year now, and I’m loving the recent changes! The new manager, Tonice White, is incredibly outgoing and friendly, making everyone feel right at home. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents! The staff is fantastic too..they go out of their way to create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the property is spotless and well-maintained, which makes living here such a pleasure. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great community!

I am giving Valencia Place a 5 Stars because of Kimberly Martinez. I walked in the other day and she helped me out. She was very attentive, kind and very detailed with all the answers to my questions. The community was clean and smelled so good. I really loved the lounge area with the outdoor kitchen. Definitely going to lease. Thank you Kimberly for making me feel at home.
