I want to give credit where it’s due to Valencia Management Group for the Bordeaux community, and especially to Beth Bottaro and Kennedy Hinson. They handled a recent noise concern between an upstairs and downstairs neighbor professionally from start to finish. They coordinated quickly with a qualified contractor, arranged an on-site assessment, and relied on professional expertise to determine whether there was an actual noise or structure issue versus a sensitivity-related concern. Even when there was resistance to the outcome, they stayed objective and consistent and saw the process through to a clear resolution. The issue was handled in a timely manner and closed out appropriately. This is exactly the kind of responsive, professional management you want in an HOA.

They’re the definition of professionalism with a touch of personality. From prompt responses to work orders and clear, consistent communication to flawlessly prepared board packets, they keep our community running like a well-oiled machine (and somehow make it look easy). Whether it’s budget prep, insurance reviews, or handling resident concerns with grace, Beth and Kennedy are always spot-on — detail-driven, organized, and genuinely invested in keeping Bordeaux in top shape. It’s rare to find property management that’s both competent and pleasant to work with, but these two deliver it daily.

Review for Carolyn Reimann Carolyn Reimann demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy throughout my experience. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. Rather than simply declining my request, she took the initiative to reach out to her supervisors to explore possible solutions, despite my own negligence in the matter. From the moment I walked in, Carolyn was welcoming, respectful, and attentive. Her willingness to advocate on my behalf and provide outstanding customer service left a lasting positive impression.

The absolute worst HOA. This is not a serious company. Communication is beyond poor. Landscaping is awful - broken sprinklers, plants that facilitate run off rather than shoring up hillsides, and the list goes on and on. We get absolutely NOTHING for our monthly dues, nothing, no notable open spaces or anything that increases property value. They should not be in business, it’s that simple.

Drove to the Valencia office to pick up a duplicate key for our community pool. Great front desk service by Carolyn Reimann, she was very helpful, friendly and even offered me cold water bottle from their fridge. Thank you Carolyn, it was very nice meeting you!
