Valencia Cay at Riverland

Nice community with plenty of activities and amenities. Found it to be too busy. Great location near shopping and close to the hospital. We toured a few homes. Overall, the new homes were okay. I noticed some quality issues with the flooring and finishes. We also toured resales that were constructed just a few years ago. IMO, some of the homes have not aged well and some parts of the neighborhood felt claustrophobic.

Beautiful community with every imaginable amenities close by to all conveniences and state of the art hospital went there to visit my friend who lives there who rants about it…the houses are to die for they are forever homes is what it looks like to me if you are ready to retire or retired and moving to Florida worth checking out.

Truly enjoyed the stay and play. This community offers so many amenities it’s unreal. Definitely worth looking into buying a home there.

This development is absolutely stunning including everything it offers to the residents. It exudes value and I enjoy bringing my buyers here. Give it a few years and I’m moving to Riverland too. 😉
