Vail Home Inspections

We were looking for a last minute home inspection after winning the Eagle County housing lottery! YAY! Until realizing we had to close within 13 days.. Kyle fit us in the following day @ 9:00AM and was as flexible as our time lime required! He is honest, professional, always available, and most importantly - gets the job done! He made things "idiot proof" which as a first time home buyer - was extremely beneficial! Thanks Kyle~

When I first spoke with Kyle, he was extremely accommodating — even before the inspection took place — and made time to meet with us afterwards. My wife was present during the inspection and said he was incredibly helpful in explaining everything in detail, including specific findings and what they meant. After the inspection, we had several follow-up questions, and Kyle could not have been more responsive or patient in helping us understand everything. He went above and beyond to make the process easy and transparent. In any future purchase, we wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again — truly excellent service from start to finish.
