We lived at Vagabond Lofts for almost 2 years. We moved out because we were purchasing a home and wanted a little more space. Overall, it was a good experience. However, we wanted to end our second year lease a couple months early because of how escrow unfolded. Our realtor encouraged us that she was most often able to work with property and leasing managers. Granville did allow us to search for another tenant to take our spot (not sub-lease but to sign a new one-year lease) which was an okay compromise since we were breaking our lease early. Unfortunately, we received very little assistant from the leasing office throughout the process. For example, we were told that we needed to vacate the unit before someone else could move in. I have been walking around this area for years and this is actually a good place for this part of tourists. We need more for this coming together through the housing authorities. Which they make for us a better and safe environment. Thank you FHA

Amanda and the staff have been so helpful from move in to move out when I move back this is definitely the place I’ll come back too they make you feel like home

Do not recommend, Forces you to sign before seeing loft, and car will get broken into daily, no security, homeless inside near the garage daily
