Vacationville Birch Bay & Semiahmoo

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Vacationville. I don't think we will ever book with them again. I booked a room for July 2019, $90 per night, but due to an error in their system the room should have been $190 per night. I booked my reservation on 11/2/18. They emailed me regarding the glitch almost immediately. I responded back and asked that they honor their pricing error. My husband and I had scheduled vacations with work for this. I contacted Vacationville via email, phone, and their website a total of 7 times between 11/2 and 12/11 looking for a positive resolution, until finally receiving a call on 12/12 only to be told that there was nothing they would do for me. I could pay double for my 4 days, or cancel my reservation. I felt this was horrible servic

Stayed at Jacob’s Landing on extended stay. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED it ❤ 😍 I wish I could find a long-term rental within JL. Lisa is AMAZING & a pleasure to work with. The unit is AMAZING, LOVE the pool & though I didn't utilize the game room, community room etc, it's awesome that it's there. The grounds are maintained impeccably & it was a delightful experience all around.

Love this place, the manager is awesome and very considerate. The condos are fabulous and reasonably priced. I recommend this place to everyone and it's perfect for a family a must stay place in Birch bay.

We had the most amazing vacation. Everything went right. Instructions were easy and emeneties were great. Highly recommend. We will be back next year. Thank you🇺🇸

Incredibly disappointed with the property at Jacobs Landing. This condo was not only old and very outdated, but it was incredibly dirty and dilapidated.
