With nothing but good reviews, we were excited for our week-long rental - the home was beautiful, stocked and clean on arrival! However, it was soon apparent that the house hasn't had upkeep in a long time. We discovered a bug infestation [we think termites] in two bedrooms, the hallway, and living room. We reached out to the property manager who promptly sent a maintenance worker the following morning to address this; they sprayed a chemical, caulked inside the switch and left.
