Vacasa is the worst agency for holiday rentals I know. I had to pay everything in advance and only have troubles since checking in today. Nobody can solve my problems but I have to mail to 5(!!) different people. No WiFi, no TV, no light, so clean dishes - thanks for making my holidays so bad.
Really disappointing service. Emily Masters, Scott Muller, and Rob Major managed our account. No one could explain where all the money from renters was going, Vacasa took huge fees from renters, inflated projections, items from our house went missing and were never replaced even though I bought the insurance. I have sent many emails trying to reconcile and get the missing items from my house and I have been ignored. I would not recommend to anyone. Vacasa made money on our listing, but we didn’t as owners!
