Joseph is truly one of a kind. When I was shopping around for an inspector to handle both a home inspection and radon test, my agent recommended Square One at over $800, and I also considered NextDay Inspection at over $700 (plus $80 for a cost estimator report). However, neither of them would assign me an ASHI-certified inspector.
