It's not often that you have a title company that you are overly impressed with when it comes to closing on a home. I've bought a good chunk of homes in my life and Scott was hands down the best Escrow Officer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Effective communicator, streamlined process and overall just a great friendly person to work with. I was running down to the wire on getting something funded same-day and Scott went leaps and bounds over the expectation I would have had based off of previous experiences. I won't go into detail because I don't want everyone to have too high of an expectation ;) Suffice it to say though, I was thoroughly impressed. I'll be back for future transactions.
