Highly recommended! Scott and Kristine changed my life helping me buy and sell properties. I have bought a duplex, condo, house, and townhouse through them, and sold the duplex and townhouse with them as well. Each case has been VERY unique and they have been really creative in each case in their negotiation tactics that helped me stand out and beat cash offers and other strong offers. They were also helpful in what to look for throughout the inspection process, which helped me catch the meth contamination twice before closing, which they negotiated kickbacks to get things taken care of. Excellent communication throughout everything and very knowledgeable in every aspect. I would highly recommend them.
