USA Reality is top tier! The Kofstad Family is truly wonderful especially Josh!! From the very beginning, they were some of the most genuine and personable people I’ve ever worked with. What stood out most was how comfortable the whole experience felt. It never once felt like a sales meeting. Instead, it felt like I was getting real guidance from people who genuinely care and want what’s best for you. Out of every realty group in Minnesota, they truly stand out. Jordan was absolutely fantastic to work with and went way above and beyond the call of duty in making our move from Utah to Northwest Minnesota as smooth as possible. Moving a great physical distance poses special challenges and you absolutely need an agent who is a great communicator, extremely diligent and who is there to support you at all times. Auna was my agent and did an amazing job. She listened to what my specification and needs were,…did an excellent job finding me a home. Auna was flexible with her schedule able to meet on evenings and weekends. She communicated Effectively and in a Timely manner. I highly recommend Auna!

My brother was recently stood up by one of the realtors at an appointment to look at houses. He had to call the realtor 15 minutes after the agreed meeting time, wherein he clarified he was not going to make it to their appointment. I understand things happen, but the fact that there was 0 communication is a bit ridiculous. My brother should not have had to be the one to call, if he hadn’t called first who knows if the realtor would have even reached out. Any sort of heads up/general respect for my brothers time would have been the professional thing to do.
