Jamie did a great job in helping to refinance my mothers mortgage loan. She explained everything carefully and thoroughly as my mother has not Dealt with her mortgage terms since she got it back in 2010. She even took the time to include me in the process by giving me continuous updates through calls, texts & detailed emails. This meant a lot, especially since my mom isn’t super tech savvy either. Jamie is great to work with! She communicates in a timely manner and if she isn't able to she tries to let you know. She was very helpful in answering any questions I may have had, and if she personally didn't know she would try to find out for me. During my home buying process an appraisal was ordered by USA Mortgage without my knowing which was very upsetting. After I discussed the situation with Jamie she spoke with her supervisor and resolved the issue.
