I can't praise Karan's help high enough. I'm an older man with memory issues who had lost his debit card (again). He restored my account and took all the time I needed to feel comfortable setting up the new debit card.

Branch vice president was very rude. Just needed to reset my pin as I couldn’t do it online. Seemed annoyed at doing something so simple. Couldn’t even say you’re welcome after I said thank you and left. No wonder people don’t like going to banks anymore

Stopped by this branch because it’s right next to where I work and I just needed a roll of quarters for a $10 bill. It was raining and I thought it would be a quick, simple exchange. Instead, they refused and said I needed to have an account with them. Apparently customer service only applies if you’re already a customer. Meanwhile, Chase Bank a block away happily exchanged the money with no issue and told me they usually do it for anyone if it’s under $100. They were friendly and accommodating. It’s a small request, but it says a lot about how a bank treats people. Because of this experience, if I ever open a new account, it definitely won’t be with U.S. Bank. I’ll go with the bank that was actually willing to help.
