Charges $7 to cash a check if you do not have a count with them. Even if the check is from AUS bank, not very happy.
MIght be the worst bank experience I have ever had. I hope somone inside that bank is friendly, so far I am 0-2 on finding one.
I was just in this location. Poor poor customer service. When your an establishment like this, your customers should be first priority. Clearly the manger doesn’t care about that. One lady working the drive thru and 2 others counting money. Drive thru had a long line. Ridiculous!!! Your in customer service, DO better US Bank!!
US Bank is only interested in thier profit margin, hence why there are only minimal emlployees running the circus on a Friday morning. The new wave banking plan is a disaster, which sadly, unbeknownst to the 2 staff working there at the Poplar Bluff US Bank circus, they will likely not have a job in that bank, as the US Bank implements thier future New Wave Banking system of digitalized apathy.
Very friendly service from Tanner. Warm reception, quick service, opening account here was a pleasant experience. Wondered why there seems to be many bad reviews here.
