U.S. Bank Branch

Horrible customer service. Teller was dismissive and rude. She was unable to help us change our address, said we needed to do it on our phones. When my phone was showing an error she still wouldn’t help. Gave no sympathy for not being able to help us and instead started making political comments about the governor then insulted us by laughing and saying “lesson learned, hahaha just kidding” as if joking about not being able to help us was an appropriate response. Is saying “Just kidding” a good excuse or an apology now? I didn’t start banking with us bank to get shitty political commentary. As if the governor has anything to do with why you can’t change my address and give me a new statement. Also the hypocrisy of her statements gets me, would she rather I don’t have to show any proof of a

Rude employees; poor customer service; ATM wouldn't work, still waiting for a new card since they took over from Union Bank; manager wouldn't help find out why my automatic withdrawal payments aren't working now. Am not happy with this bank. They should focus on customer service instead of pushing the pride agenda.

I am glad I went to this branch. I had some major issues with them before, but this time I tried to see if Mabe it could be ok somewhere else. It is and I am greatful for the lady who helped me open my acct and she did it like np. I forgot her name but she has a desk in the back and she is well dressed and very kind. Thr lady who helped me too was thr teller and I was welcomed and helped in a good way. Yeah I am coming here. I will. Thanks

The tellers here have horrible customer service and are extremely rude.They don't know how to run a bank. I will never go back ,to this branch
