U.S. Bank Branch

I have yet to encounter a US bank branch that is capable of helping me with anything. Asked to increase daily transfer limit and asked for a bank statement up to today. Phone calls to the help lines were no help. They told me to go to the branch. I drove to the branch and they said they cant do either. What a joke. Us bank wont let you transfer your money out of your accounts if your at limit and they wont print you statements outside of your 30 day statement window. And forget trying to get help. You'll always end up with the run around. There is no "personal" relationship banking here. Go somewhere else.

This was my dad's bank for years, and I managed his financial affairs for several years before he passed. I decided to keep personal accounts there because of the help offered during the disbursement of his estate, both at this location and the downtown branch. I see the same friendly, helpful people there on a consistent basis. I do business with 2 other banks and there always seems to be high employee turnover.

Passive aggressive staff member decided to act rudely in lieu of explaining a supposive bank policy or provide evidence of a corporate policy to back up said policy. As someone who worked in banking for many years, I was very disappointed with this interaction. This was a simple transaction that could have been a much better experience with a little empathy from the bank representative, instead of becoming instantly argumentative and insulting. This account is not necessarily a representation of the branch as a whole, but this associate was not very professional.

Really rude and unprofessional. Always seeming suspicious of customers and needing way to much information not pertaining to the transaction. Appleton US Bank does way better job. Lady wad rude voiced

Truely a great bank! Staff is extremely helpful and kind.
