US-1 Studio Apartments

This place is spotless! And The proprietor is a retired Rail Road engineer who is nice as they come. He gave us a great tour as soon as we arrived giving us history of the place. We stayed in the train room, it was great for Trainees. I just wish they had a log in the room so you can log your name, where you hail from and as many trains with times you care to log! FUN! He worked with us on the price too! Only let down is there is no TV is the rooms, a nice big screen in living room. Next time I'll book the green room with the fire place! Breakfast was good but I'd love a gourmet breakfast.

There are absolutely no redeeming qualities about the US1 extended stay. Roaches and other insects, mold, belligerent and loudly aggressive occupants, dirty rooms, dangerous faulty appliances, and an overall sense of despair permeating the place. There are no qualities about the US1 extended stay at all. The staff are negligent and terrifically rude, the rooms are decimated from years of careless residents, the occupants are loud and quick to violence both amongst themselves and unto anyone else unfortunate enough to cross their paths. The managers actually asked us to keep our soiled toilet paper rather than flush it, in order to "be gentle on the aging plumbing". They also completely disregarded any responsibility or need of action after learning that there was glass from a previous occu

This place was absolutely disgusting. Rude unprofessional maintenance man. The place I almost rented was $1000 a month and was not worth it. The woman who stayed in the office prior to me was nasty. Cat urine and feces everywhere. The ac never worked. I couldn't work from there. I was promised my money back due to that situation and never received the money or a call back. Typical. This place needs to be condemned. As soon as you walk into the kitchen, it smells like cat urine. This place is just awful. The people are there are nasty and dirty. Don't go here. Period. You're better off under a bridge.

Flooded apartments ..sub par. Plumbing issues never resolved and Mgrs blaming tenants for issues ..i do not reccomennd !!!! Our property was damaged from their plumbing issues amd we were told we are the blame...thier constant excuse they always use...work and noise all hours.

This use to be very reasonable. Expecially when your having hard times. They have signs beside the road $150 a week. But now you have to get lights in your own name and.. after it's all over, you could have been renting something a lot bigger for the same price!
