Amazing Apartment downtown without being in the Downtown “hustle and bustle”! Urban Loft is situated on the quieter end of Downtown just off Monroe Ave! The building is definitely upscaled (updated appliances) /safe /secure (door & elevator code - unique to each resident) and management is totally very responsive whenever there’s a need. Last but not least - being in a place that covers the utilities, cable and internet cost were all WIN WIN for me! I love this place!

Loving my stay at Urban Lofts! I feel safe in our building and our gated garage. Very quick walk to Bar Limina. Everything is updated and modern. Utilities and WiFi included in the rent. Very happy with my time here.

I must say I live staying here. I love how they make it secure and safe for no one who doesn't stay here to enter without a code. I also love how they work with you on situations dealing with the rent and situations involving your place. Overall, I would recommend this place to my family, friends, and anybody whose looking for a quiet, safe, and good place to stay.

I absolutely love living here. I am new to Memphis and to find an apartment brand new and furnished was a plus for me. I love ❤️ the atmosphere. I just think we should have something on the roof. Something fun with lights, chairs, and maybe some fire pits. Hint hint

I’ve been enjoying to live here. Close to many services and points of interest as Aldi, Sun studio and Tom Lee park. Brand new apartment without worried about mold or repairs, furnished and with all utilities include is the best option to live. I couldn’t choose better.
