Very nice complex in Wausau. Everything is very clean and well cared for. Our apartment has the most storage I've ever seen in any of the previous apartments I've lived in. The property manager in the leasing office was so helpful from our first day of touring the property, through the application process, and now that we're residents. She answers any questions or concerns in a timely manner and really seems to care about the residents. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and professionally and each employee that we've interacted with has been professional and personable. We really enjoy living here!

Attractive (modern/clean) units in a good location but way over-priced for cheap materials/stick frame build and very few amenities. You cannot even have grills. I also found it weird that you have to hire carpet cleaners to move out. Based on the stick frame/cost (alone), this one is not recommended!

Had no issues with this place. Top notch quality appliances since everything is new. I stayed here once they opened in 2019 and had to cut lease short because of military orders. I never experienced any issues while I was there for a few months. Only 4 stars because I had to either go through their cleaning service or had to hire own professional carpet cleaning for a studio appartment service even though I am a very clean person with no stains/smell. Would rent here again.

Lived here in 2019. Felt it was unfair and felt taken advantage of in the rent that didn't include a parking spot when I was still paying a lot for the apartment. For what you pay at a luxury apartment, that should be included. Nice place since it was new at the time.

Luxury living that's reasonable in price. Lots of amenities. The manager was very helpful, friendly, and informative.
