I had a very negative experience with This Urban PADS and their broker, Levi Cohen, and I want to share the details to warn others. I initially reached out to Levi Cohen after seeing an apartment in Brooklyn listed by the company. He seemed friendly and professional, and after a brief conversation, he convinced me to pay a $500 deposit to "secure" the apartment and take it off the market. He assured me that once I made this payment, the apartment would be held for me, and there would be no issues. I was happy to proceed and sent the money, trusting him. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. After making the payment, I tried calling Levi Cohen several times to check in and confirm the next steps, but he never answered my calls. I left multiple messages, but he didn’t get back
