Check out the light fixture where the ground has been cut outside the fixture so that the light is not grounded whatsoever as it should be per code!!! Between the rude neighbors the insects and the people in the office I wouldn't live in this apartment complex for 5 seconds! Add a friend who lived there and instead of renewing her lease because she's 80 years old they decided to evict her and throw her out on the street! Wouldn't give a reason as to why! The problem I’m having is they think they can get over on a young couple. They sent out a notice about a pet we don’t have went to the office to explain hey look you guys sent out a notice on Nov 6th telling us we had 24hr to either get rid of the dog which it was my mom dog that she came and got the same day she was just returning from a trip my brother had the dog before my mom was to return but he was leaving on his trip and asked if we could bring her dog until she makes it in today. Well I get another notice saying they add $500 pet fee and when we tried to explain to her about you said 24 hours we had the dog gone and back to my mom but you still put a pet fee on us and said that it wasn’t anything you could do which is a lie . Taking away our trees wasn’t enough when they provide much needed shade for these horribly insulated buildings. Now you’re taking away our children’s only yard they have to play unless we let them roam all over the property to play in the few areas not covered in boulders and rocks. I don’t know who’s bright idea it was to make these major changes but I for one am not happy about a much greater risk of our elders and youth falling and seriously hurting themselves. This kind of money can be wasted but you refuse to pay for the mice traps that are needed to fix the real issues people complain about. Current and soon to be past resident.

August 2 2018 I've been here a year and half now. Didnt think it was too bad at first. You can see that in my previous reviews. However, my truck has been broken into twice, someone went around shooting 15 cars with a bb gun and now my back window is shattered and is going to cost me at least $170 to fix! If I had a lawyer I would have taken that out of the rent this month! I complained about the people that lived across from me to the office staff about the mess and graffiti they left all over the sidewalks and now the place looks even trashier. They assured me it would be cleaned up. I'm still waiting on that! And its now August! Huge holes in the fence allowing all of this damage and graffiti to property.
