Wish I could give zero stars. The building itself isn’t terrible, but don’t expect the staff to respond to maintenance requests or complaints or do anything about tenants breaking rules unless they can charge for it. I have a dog directly above me that is way over weight restrictions and not trained that shakes may entire apartment and has startled me and my toddler awake countless times. They don’t do anything about that, or the smokers even though it’s supposed to be a smokeless property. But they are ready to charge $500 bucks for people not cleaning up their own dog waste. Unless they can charge extra money, they aren’t going to take care of anything. Don’t walk, run.
