Urban Green Apartments

I think Urban Green is one of the best places to live! I love my place!!! Lots of light through the windows! Granite counters, nice appliances, wood floors, and they have is. Ports in some of the outlets!!! All the things! The staff is friendly, efficient and have always attended to my requests quickly! Any maintenance requests have been handled immediately! I love the amenities… I take advantage of the beautiful and diverse community room use quite often! My daughter loves it here too! It’s quiet, beautiful atmosphere convenient to grocery, restaurants and my personal services like nail salon. Carlos and Noelle have been excellent in their service to me! I highly recommend this if you’re looking for a nice place to call home!

Do not apply here. Extremely poor screening process and lack of professionalism. This property relies blindly on RentGrow without conducting any manual review, even when the report contains clear inconsistencies and outdated or incorrect information. No effort was made to verify errors that were easily identified by another, far more reputable apartment community that approved us without issue. As a result of this careless process, they lost an exceptionally reliable tenant with a strong history of on-time rent payments. A basic level of due diligence would have made that obvious. We are relieved to be moving into a much more professional and higher-quality community that values accuracy, accountability, and proper applicant review. Don't move here. Apartment was filthy and reeked on move-in day. Common areas are swarmed by unsupervised children. Building fire alarms routinely go off for false alarms. Leasing office threatens to tow residents who pay for garage parking. Will not be renewing.

I have been here for quite a time now. Earlier the staff was so good. Now new staff have come-in and they are not at all respectful. They dont listen to you. THey are so ignorant and rude. While showing apartment, they will be so polite and once you are in, for any complaints or issues, they dont resolve straight away raise their voice. Its like you are their slaves. I have home insurance. They added their own insurance in their rent without asking me or informing. When I called, that guy was so arrogant, he did not listen to me only. Then I have to sent my insurance to the manager and few follow-ups to resolve and get the refund. I wont recommend this now. The guy who sits inside, may be he is the boss or he is the owner of this entire community itself, he literally says "LISTEN TO ME ",

Update 9/29/2025: False alarm again on 9/28/2025. Not fixed. Update 9/10/2025: Not fixed. Wife came home to alarm going off with our dog inside. False alarm again. Original Post: Don't live in building 5 (3360 Centennial Way). False fire alarm goes off at least once a month for the same reason again and again. No notice or plans from leasing office to correct this. Who knows how often it has gone off while I'm at work with my dog alone at home. Poor dog is stuck when we are gone for who knows how many false alarms. Alarms are excessively loud. Loudest alarms I have ever experienced.
