I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service I’ve received from the "current" Uptown Square team. In particular, Mr. Perkins and Ms. Taylor have been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. They always go above and beyond whenever I have a question, submit a work request, or need assistance with an issue. Their responsiveness and dedication make such a positive difference, and I truly want to recognize their hard work because it does not go unnoticed. Im am not pleased with the management here its very disappointing how they treat their staff especially this nice young man i have seen him working very hard harder then the rest! He is really the only one i see everyday i cant never got a chance to get his name but i know he has dreads that guy needs a raise and more! When people needed him he was always there he's helped me out.. Ive seen him out here shoveling snow and ice cleaning the stairwells he's a very dedicated worker why aren't the rest of them like that?..He's in the uptown square apartment complex where i live

I've been living here for two years in the uptown square apartment complex and the maintenance here is terrible ive put in several complaints for things to be fixed and it never got fixed I'm fed up with this I'm moving out really soon all they do is try to bully people ive seen this guy i think he has dreads or locs he has a kind of football type built kind of tall but anyway I've seen him alot getting things done around here he has such great potential they need to get rid of those other lazy people and keep him around he's the only one getting things done! Stop harassing that young man!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had as a tenant. Maintenance has a high turnover rate and requests are not completed properly. Last maintenance guy who completed an inspection discarded trash outside of my unit and thankfully my camera caught it. My car has been broken into multiple times, the gate is never working properly and be prepared to come home from work with the water being shut off without a notice. My water heater broke over my kitchen the day after my birthday and it took them a month and a half to fix the damage to my unit. They didn’t even deem it as an emergency and took forever to come to my unit after multiple attempts to get someone to my unit in real time. Someone finally came when my mom called and complained and once they saw what happened, they immediately jumped into act

Maybe it’s time to double think. I was living in this situation for almost 40 days as soon as I rented this apartment. It was not live-able and one the cabinets was covered with oil and all other cabinets with droppings and dead and alive cockroaches. They didn’t even refund me for the first month’s rent as I couldn’t live in an apartment full of mice and droppings and i had to throw away many of my stuffs bc of mice exposure and droppings. even with calling for pesticide therapy, problem isn't fixed and I see cockroaches constantly in the apartment.
