Uptown Apartments

Not the worst living experience I’ve had. My lease ended on Dec 2, 2025 after living there for a year. The staff are friendly and efficient in tending to any concerns you have. The apartments are spacious enough. The complex is parallel to all of your major stores: target, Walmart, restaurants, and gas stations. Making it a prime housing area for people who may lack transportation. There is a roach problem but it is manageable enough if you maintain cleanliness and ensure you inform the front desk of pest control needs every Tuesday.

They never gave me my deposit but on top of that tried to charge me $1400 in fees that is now in collections. They are scammers! I PAID to break my lease because there was no control of their Roach infestation. They have 7 generations, a government, and a school system of roaches in those apartments. No amount of pest control can get rid of it. At this point the whole land belongs to the roaches they just sharing it. This place deserves 0 stars it is not liveable. And again trynna scam people when they leave! Collections told me they are charging me $1400 in unpaid rent. LIARS!!! I paid to break the lease ! They had me go get a money order. I guess the Roaches mustve stolen it!. But idgf it was paid! They are frauds !

Manuela and Melissa did great a job helping getting and we had great laugh and suck understanding I recommend anyone to come through this apartment such great and ease out of one’s mind
