Loved the area surrounding this place lived here for 4 years and it’s unfortunate that I have to say to all would be renters STAY AWAY!!!! They will steal your deposit even if you left the unit cleaner than when they rented it to you..seems to be a trouble ownership history as through my stay here it swapped hands multiple times..units are cheaply updated and building is very very old..washing machine and dryers are rarely if ever maintained not to mention the security for parking is zero in 4 years my windows were broken 4 times with items stolen and no security footage to speak of..I love Tacoma and sixth ave BUT DO NOT RENT HERE

I'm the zero drama landlords dream. Until this week I've never encountered a team so obviously unprofessional and sketchy. From the rooms not being clean enough to show to the application process, avoid at all cost. The amount of vacancies a complex of this size has is also a red flag. Anyways, I provided paystubs showing 3 years of continuous employment. They insisted on paystubs from more pay periods despite there being year to date totals on them. They will send you to collections when you move out. We we're ideal tenets, signed up for a year lease, every month paid on time, decided to leave early because we were buying a house and ended up paying a huge lease break - but that was our choice. We also left the place clean, not perfect but clean. What wasn't a choice and was ridiculous is we got a collection notice from them on the day our lease ended for a fourth of what we had already paid in the lease break. Turns out they do it to everyone when they move out. Pretty trashy move and a pain to have to go through a debt collector instead of just dropping off another check.
