The whole place in general is beautiful. It's a paradise hidden away. Im not an owner but family to a home owner and it's one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. If you live here you have a car or cars in the driveway and across from that is your boat. Some owners even have their houses on a private island. It's unreal! Respect to all the people who have worked hard to attain such beauty!

Lived across from the beach in Upper Greenwoodlake many many years. I would walk over to the beach with my daughter ( who was a little one then) as the sunset. I remember when the build started. We moved shortly after it was opened for use. So I was excited when the invitation for a family baby shower stated it was being held at the Upper Greenwoodlake Clubhouse! When it hit me my daughter and I were going together it made it extra special❣ Breath taking Sunset from the back deck, through the windows looking out from our table inside. Spacious just enough I feel. The space can be set up to be comfy, cozy to Elegant!! Being on the water brings me peace😁

I went to my nieces 1st birthday that was held there. The bathrooms were clean, the a/c was working great and the beautiful views of the lake, the geese, and people generally enjoying themselves, I would recommend for sure

Nice lake & boating. Playground. Clubhouse. But a little bit shady with people who visit. Been 2 years seeing homeless people, heavy drinking and drug calls to the Lake Shore area. Annoying loud motorcycles racing through residential area. What a shame they don't monitor there enough to stop crime and annoyances.

Lake patrol leaves larges docks floating next to shore... approaches paddle boarders in unsafe manner to tell them to wear a life jacket while not wearing one themselves...[happened 6/25/2023] other wise doesnt follow basica boating safety....
