This has been the most pleasant living experience! Beautiful modern amenities, routine cleaning each week in every building and common area, well maintained pool, gym, clubhouse area. Very fun to host friends with the clubhouse’s layout. There is so much to entertain! Many spaces to study, cook, watch TV, play a board game or pool. The surrounding neighborhoods are quiet and the complex is close to various shopping options and downtown without all the hustle and bustle. The natural light is great in my building and there have been 0 problems with any appliances! Every month there are social events to become more familiar with neighbors and the staff really do a wonderful job, from food to decorations and cleanup! 2025JAN. I have associates who just moved in a week ago and this apartment establishment is laid out well. The hallways leading up to the two bedroom apartments are very wide. Elevators are spacious. The apartments themselves have nice, spacious floor plans. The wireless routers are in the ceiling. So efficient and affective. The clubhouse is efficient and large, super roomy. The builder and investors thought of everything as far as living eco-friendly. Simply wonderful space and that is always a good thing. Beautiful area and surroundings.

Recently toured Upper East Apartments in Frederick, MD, and was thoroughly impressed by their commitment to sustainability, evident in their LEED platinum certification and solar power. The clubhouse is a standout with its comprehensive amenities (pool, fitness center, work pods, game room, etc…) – truly top-notch! I was also amazed by the energy-efficient features such as the convenience of electric car chargers throughout the property. As a pet owner, the dog parks and pet facilities really appealed to me. If you’re in search of a luxury apartment that aligns with eco-friendly values and offers competitive pricing, this community should be at the top of your list.

From start to finish, my experience with this apartment community has been exceptional. The property is beautifully maintained, modern, and truly feels like home. I moved in to Upper East Apartments at the end of January ‘25. I had been looking at them since the end of last year. Living here is like living in a luxury hotel every day. Though this place has slightly less square footage than my previous apartment home it more than makes up for it, as the amenities are gorgeous! The clubhouse, workout facilities, the pool and overall quietness of this community is a huge plus. There are also multiple dog areas for my little fur baby as well. It’s but a stone’s throw from the main drag of Downtown Frederick and close to I-70 and Rt 26. I’m excited to participate in the monthly activities there are for residents as well.
