Upland Green Apartments

I have been living in Ann Arbor for 3 yrs, and living in upland green apartment is the best experience!! The apartment itself is relatively new and spacious, and with hardwood floors which I really like. Management team is super helpful with maintenance requests and my other questions. Special thanks to manager Austin for warmly and timely help with my maintenance request! Manager Austin responded within 10 min and the maintenance guy came within 1 hr! It’s phenomenal and definitely worth more than 5 stars

Have had a great living experience here while in Apartment 210. The rooms are great and the maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. Notably, Manager Austin and the maintenance tech Andre responded to a shower drain issue in a single day.

I hope I can give negative stars here. The apartment management is the worst I’ve ever seen. Michael the manager he sent maintenance notice email on the very day the maintenance took place. Not once, quite often times. Not only that, no maintenance requests were ever timely addressed. My wife loved the apartment in the beginning but at the end of our lease term, we both had no intention of extending the lease. We started to move stuff out a month prior to our actual move out. And one day someone entered my apartment when I was just coming out from a shower. I shut the door quickly and shouted I was inside. Turned out it was the apartment cleaning team and they’ve been told by the manager that we had moved out already. How rude and disrespectful! Imagine if it was my wife coming out from a

Plain and simple SLUMLORDS. This company buys many of their reviews such as the review by “Property Manager Glass City Real Estate”. I lived at Upland Green for 2 years in two different apartment and enjoyed the beautiful apartments but could not stand anything else about the apartments. This apartment complex is run by a manager by the name of Michael Fragale, a manager who does absolutely nothing and does not take concerns seriously. In addition, he is impossible to get ahold of in times of emergencies because he does not pick up his phone. Yes, you have to contact Michael for any emergency because this apartment does not have any maintenance team let alone a 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE MAINTENANCE TEAM. Love these loft style apartments! If you are looking for a cozy loft near Downtown Ann Arbor, Upland Green is the way to go! Andre and Austin have also been very helpful with any maintenance requests or concerns I have had.
