Wesley at Upchurch Inspection was awesome! As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous, but he explained everything clearly and found issues I never would’ve seen — including a leaky shower pan we were able to get fixed before closing. Couldn’t recommend him more!!!

We had a great experience with Upchurch Inspection! Wesley was very straightforward and honest — you can tell right away he’s not the type to gloss over things or exaggerate. During our inspection, we mentioned that the seller told us the heating system was “brand new,” but Wesley took a closer look and showed us that while some components were newer, the main furnace was actually several years old and showing early signs of wear. He explained everything clearly, took photos, and even showed us how to look up the model information ourselves so we’d understand what we were buying. That level of honesty and transparency is rare. Wesley Upchurch inspected a home I was considering in Midtown Memphis, and he was fantastic. He was thorough, catching issues with the roof and plumbing that I would’ve missed. He also explained how Memphis’ humidity impacts things like insulation and drainage. The detailed report gave me confidence in my decision. Highly recommend for anyone buying in the area!
