I had planned on purchasing a home in Escanaba and the deal fell through (already had the move planned). I was able to buy a home in Felch and contacted Ben. After explaining my situation and time crunch, he scheduled and performed the inspection within 72 hours. He always answers his phone and was very thorough of an explanation of a water test result that I had misinterpreted. Would definitely use Ben again!!!
