2+ years current tenat. Management very responsive, maintenance crew quick to respond and a very active community feel from within the management team. Very comfortable amenities. Negative reviews posted must come from someone thats was denied entry. The entire property is spotless, we have never had an issue. Highly recommend

HORRIBLE management. Rude, condescending, dishonest, unwilling to help or compromise. Disgusting apartment with AT LEAST three different kinds of bugs. Roaches, house centipedes, silverfish, pill bugs, water bugs, and spiders. My ceiling had gross water damage for years no one noticed. Leasing agent entered my unit without notice while I was away. One room is half the size of the other (so small it makes you feel like a Zoo animal in a cage too small) yet billed the same. Do not rent ANY of these properties. If you see this management company RUN!

They have some older and newer units at different price ranges. I stayed with them for 2 years no complaints.

Great, safe place to live , responsive management team. Would highly reccomend, and have referred friends to live there.
