I currently reside here. Pest control does not come as often as they should and it's like they are spraying sugar because that's when all pests come out. I've been here 1 year I got out here in October of 2023 and I was pregnant with my now 1 year old. I moved in with no a/c it took months for it to be fixed and there was a blackout for a couple hours and my a/c went out when they came back. I've contacted the office and let them know my current situation I was told that the work order would be put in no one has came to my apartment. The termites out here are ridiculous and invade the apartments along with roaches. My door has not had a weathering strip and I was told that someone would come about it no one has. All the vents have mold in them. Me and my son both have asthma.

Roaches are BAD even though pest control comes out often. Apartments have a curfew can not be outside after 830 as if some people aren’t just coming in from work… would not recommend.

Whats corporate number to these apartments i need to talk to someone other then the office people

My child's mother stays out there currently tbh im from the area and its not a place where you would want to move it's bad roaches rat apartments run down cracks on the floor ceiling fell in cracked sinks no hot water no maintenance staff rude then have the nerve to say 900 for rent EVERYBODY OUT THERE CANT AFFORD IT AND ITS NOT WORTH ID ADVISE YALL TO CALL CHANNEL 4 AND CHANNEL 30 AND TO MAJE COMPLAINTS TO THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE......AND IF YOU DONT BEILEVE ME I HAVE THE PICTURES AND VIDEOS TO PROVE IT

You can take that star back but I had to choose something in order to write a comment. I would never live here as long as I reside in Jacksonville Florida. I would never recommend this location due to the violence, and harassment of neighbors boyfriends I endurance here at this location. I had neighbors cutting hair in my porch trash everywhere and kids in my back yard jumping my fence. Also they never renovated my apt after living there for a while until I moved out and they told me I owed a balance but never contacted me to come in to sign the HUD papers letting them now my income to make the adjustments I think they have new owners now and management but I ride through and it still looks ran down and going downhill.
