MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Managers, and their supervisors (Corporate) do not care about residents. It almost takes an act of Congress to get light bulbs replaced in your breezeway. I tried to have a restraining order placed against a nuisance kid and management won't release his or his parents's info to have the order served. After showing them video evidence of the kid putting his hands on my car they say there's nothing they can do. My windshield was busted by kids here in the latter part of 2025, again i had video evidence, the kid was served a juvenile summons but the managers gave the kids mother my info and she called me. My experience with Universal Place Apartments was great Ms. Unique Brown was very helpful with assisting me with what I need to complete my paperwork I needed to complete. She was really patient and kind about it.
