University Park Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost four years and my experience has been nothing less of exceptional. Do your part as a tenant (just like anywhere else) and you’ll have no problems! The neighborhood is clean, safe, and quiet. The office and maintenance teams are easy going and work hard to keep things running smoothly. Huge thank you to Brian, Michelle, and Bonnie especially ☺️ I highly recommend for locals and first time renters.

I heard some bad reviews about this UPA apartment, but I wasn’t like that . Follow the rule pay rent on time always get discounted rate. Even English is my second language , get great support and help from management team . I am active Military stay there for 5 year, PCS from Nj and missing lot UPA .

We visited a family friend here outside is well kept but from the 80s inside of the units is updated and nice.

Ive been here for about a year now. I absolutely love it. As long as you do your part as a tenant, it is smooth sailing. Denise & Laurie in the office are so helpful, easy going & down to earth. The Maintenance crew are fast & efficient, & always cruising around. Definitely recommend especially for 1st time renters, easy process!

I lived here in 1999 and rent was around $450 for a one bedroom… I only stayed 2 yrs and there was a nice and centipede issue but it was worth the price back the
