Do not rent here unless you do not care. These apartments are full of spray foam which was poorly done. Spray foam is done for 2 reasons: moisture control and pest control. Neither are good for a tenant. Why not fix the places properly? You want your rent on time but leave tenants living in deplorable units. Not to mention the insects and spiders. Do not even get me started on the maintenance crew. These apartments were once a great place to live but the current conditions here are indicative of greed and poor management. Management isn’t “managing” this apartment community. They keep attempting to fix the outside appearance but really need to spend some money on the inside of the units. Prospective tenants have been warned.

Never rent at this place if you are a student. Property is old, the office here doesn’t care about anything. Found bugs on the second day of the move in. Community doesn’t feel safe at all. Do not ever live here.

You’ll love it here if you enjoy being woken up at 7am on weekends by incompetent garbage men slamming dumpsters into the pavement as loud as possible, performing their job to the absolute lowest standard possible. You’ll also love it if you enjoy the movie “A Bug’s Life,” as you’ll be able to see several different species of bugs during your time here. From roaches to caterpillars to mosquitoes, the bug kingdom will become one with your apartment. This isn’t surprising as the door to your apartment is barely sealed and the outer entrances to all of the apartments are literally never cleaned. Not once. Pipes clog very easily, and hopefully you enjoy short showers and cold water, because it will get cold after about 15 minutes. Cars are vandalized, other tenants loudly start cars at 3 in th

My air conditioning has not been functioning for almost 3 months now. Maintains a constant temperature of 80-95 degrees. I cant have guests, i cant cook in my kitchen as the stove causes temps over 100 degrees. Its absolutely rediculous. Im basically a prison in my own home as im restricted to a small bedroom with a tiny window unit that struggles to keep the bedroom under 70 degrees.

This place is absolutely disgusting, not only because of how the apartments look but how bad the office staff is. And by office staff I mean the property manager MS.ADAMS. She picks and chooses who she want to evict. She put me out knowing that I have a sick kid with serious health issues, I asked to make payments arrangements on the back rent and I was completely ignored. She is despicable rude mean and nasty that’s right I said it.Out of numerous tenants that owe rent and owe 10x more rent than me I’m the only one she evicted. I feel like a law suit need to be put in place.
