University Heights Apartments

Apartments were filled 5 months in advance and Roberta Green is very unwilling to work with you. She did not get up from behind her desk when I was inquiring about them and I had to wait for her to get off a personal phone call to even speak with her. Over priced for the little things you get. Utilities are outrageous and you have to pay a premium if you want decent internet. Out dated, unprofessional, relies on college students but management does not care about students.

the state park is beautiful, fall is amazing with the bright colored leaves looking up from the bottom of a water fall ,which is beautiful !!! this state park has so many things to see and do . there are restaurants,a huge lodge on top of the mountain ,with amazing views..worth visiting!!

Nice apartments, parking can be tight. And they made national news for a block party during a pandemic

GUTTER! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE TO GO THERE. WATCH OUT FOR A DUDE THAT LOOKS LIKE A UGLY CHICK NAMED JACK. HE IS VERY STRANGE AND LIVES IN APT. NEAR FRONT ON LEFT COMING IN....STRANGE PLACE. WATCH IT
