For the rent I guess this place makes sense for what you get, but if you can't tolerate people partying above till midnight, bugs popping out of nowhere in your unit, heating not working during winter, not the place to go. Also in regards to security deposit, it took a long time for me to receive it. I finally got it back after 2 months calling back n forth. In addition they took $375 out of my $500, like at least give me an explanation on what the charge was for. For reference I was staying at Osage Manor. But if you don't mind any of the things I mentioned, I guess I was just too sensitive for this place. Overall do not recommend. Response: There is nothing to discuss, you guys don't even pick up my phone.

Had a lovely time staying with UCH. Very reasonable rent, no hidden fees (did not deduct security deposit after leaving the apartment in good condition). The maintenance staff were incredibly helpful and efficient!

It wasn't easy to find a good place when living abroad but I was glad I rented my apartment from UCH. The whole team was always responsive and was willing to help its tenants solve all kinds of problems. While hearing many complaints about other leasing companies in the area, I had a wonderful experience with UCH. Stayed in the Branden. The location is convenient and safe. The unit itself is spacious comparing to other options in the same price range.

i have been a renter of UCH for approximately one and a half years now, and am in the middle of a resigned lease. I’ve read mixed reviews online and other people have said they’ve had bad experiences, but i’ve honestly had a phenomenal experience with UCH and they are by far the best landlord i’ve ever had. They are really responsive to any maintenance issues and any issues we have are always handled in a timely manner and very professionally and kindly. The only major issue I ever had with UCH is that i made a rent payment, and then the company switched rent portals, and my payment made through the previous portal was not added to my account in the new portal. So i received notices that I was past due even though I had paid. I called to complain and the issue was resolved within a couple

I would love to give UCH a five star review, if I was reviewing the tenants and overall environment but for nearly one full year I have been making maintenance aware that our laundry room washer and dryers have been broken. And what this means is several residents are struggling using what's operational. And at times we have residents using the facilities at all hours of the night such as 1am and on, the doors slamming open and close constantly but one can't be upset since everyone has to pivot accordingly. I have had my son take my laundry to his place in the northeast to do for me. Sometimes we are placing notes on the washer or dryer asking when the person is finished to please knock on the door.
