Heating can be a bit tricky but maintenance is really attentive and attends to problems in a timely manner. Would like more transparency on heating prior to signing lease but overall space is nice

I’m updating my review because the management team reached out after seeing my initial review, and helped to fix most of the problems very promptly. They are able to give USPS the key to deliver the mails to our mailbox, installed brand new bathroom cabinet and basin that look really nice, fixed the wholes on the wall, and made sure my window can stay open. There is only a small issue that the windows don’t lock. My apartment is so much better now and I appreciate their hard work to make the improvements! 1. The apartment do NOT give key to USPS to deliver mails! And they didn't tell me about it when signing the lease. And they told me if I have to move out because no mail services, they'll charge me for breaking the lease. Shouldn't they be legally responsible for my lose? 2. There are

I have been living at UCA apartments for 2.5 years, response time for maintenance issues is usually short, so if you're unhappy with this issue with your current landlord, UCA folks are good

I’ve tried hard to avoid this review because I have a deep respect for the GM Robin R (like most of these reviews note), but enough is enough. She’s the only person who makes this slum bearable amid the lack of professionalism throughout UCA and Campus Apartments (who “professionally manages” the building). TL;DR: Expect low rent, but lower standards and facilities. Pros: 1. Robin R: Robin truly stands out— she shines as the GM with her prompt responses and sincere efforts to make this place livable. I have been renting from UCA for over 5 years, and it has been amazing. Anytime I’ve had any issues, the response is always swift to take care of any issue. Ms. Robin (GM) is amazing to work with, and handle all issue professionally.
